Makaha Time Trial

The Makaha Time Trial is a competitive bicycle road race for cyclists and triathletes. At 9.3 miles in length, it is a great early season race to get the time trial legs on.

Pineapple Sprint Road Race

Haleiwa, Oahu

Starting in Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu, this 11 mile sprint leaves Haleiwa and climbs up Kamehameha Hwy, affectionalety known as "Pineapple Hill", and finishes on the country road of Kaukonahua among the sugar cane and pineapple fields.

Tantalus Time Trial

Join in on the fun and sign up and race in the longest continuously-running bicycle race in the state of Hawaii. The race is an uphill time trial all the way to the top of Tantalus Drive.

Malaekahana State 40k Time Trial

The Malaekahana Time Trial is a competitive bicycle road race for cyclists and triathletes. This is a 40k race and is the Hawaii State Road Time Trial Championship.

Pineapple Hill Road Race

Haleiwa, Oahu

Multiple laps up Pineapple Hill is sure to ignite a burn in even the most fit competitors. Starting and finishing along the flats of Kaukonahua Rd., the route drops down "Snake Road", jogs through Kamo'oloa and then returns up Pineapple Hill for a 14 mile circuit. Racers will complete either 3 or 4 laps, depending on the division entered.

The DEMRR follows the original Ironman cycling route around Oahu for a 113 mile loop of Oahu.

Kualoa Team Time Trial State Championship

September 15

Kualoa, Oahu

The Kualoa Team Time Trial is back again as the Hawaii state championship team time trial. The race is a point-to-point race from Kualoa Regional Park to Turtle Bay, a distance of 20.1 miles. Teams will consist of 4 riders with at least 3 required to finish. Categories are based on the combined age of all team members.
